Based in Raleigh NC, JUMP Academy is a nonprofit that harnesses music production as a vehicle to develop young leaders. We are committed to Joyfully Uplifting Young Musicians & Producers by cultivating character, collaboration, and creativity through music enrichment programming. Founded in 2024 by Grammy Award-winning producer Justin Pelham, our dream has always been to empower our youth with both the ability and confidence to take an idea they have in their imagination and transform it into something real and tangible. We believe with all our heart that there is no better proving ground for doing so than through making music.

Inspired by Isaiah 40:31, JUMP Academy embraces the idea that like young eagles, stepping out of the nest can be daunting yet essential for growth. We believe that the challenges of leaving a comfort zone are necessary for young leaders to soar to their true potential. We provide that supportive push and help them develop skills that will benefit them throughout every facet of their lives - far beyond the studio.
